This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets forth the guidelines and rules for the use of the website ("the Website") and the services provided therein. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully.

General Guidelines
1.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Website and our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and services does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
1.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Use of Logos

2.1 Right to Use
Upon purchasing our services and subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, ISOforSchools may be granted the right to use the school logo of the purchasing entity ("the School or School Supplier") for promotional purposes related to the services provided. This right is granted solely for the duration of the agreement and in compliance with any additional guidelines or restrictions provided by the School or School Supplier. ISOforSchools is also granted this right to use on the delivery of a free Business case or policy unless explicitly denied by the School or School supplier via an email to Support@isoforschools.com.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights
The School or School Supplier represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to grant ISOforSchools the right to use its logo. The School or School Supplier, retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in its logo, and ISOforSchools agrees not to use the logo in any manner that would infringe upon or violate the School's or Schools Supplier's rights.

2.3 Logo Usage Guidelines
ISOForSchools agrees to use the logo in a manner consistent with the School or School Suppliers' branding guidelines, as provided by the School or School Supplier or a copy made directly from their website. ISOforSchools shall not modify, alter, or distort the logo without the School or School's supplier prior written consent.

2.4 Revocation of Logo Usage
The School or Supplier reserves the right to revoke ISOforSchools' permission to use its logo at any time and for any reason. In such cases, ISOforSchools will promptly cease using the logo and remove it from any materials or platforms under its control.

Enforcement

ISOforSchools reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take appropriate action against any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, suspension or termination of access to the Website or services, legal action, or reporting the violation to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Modifications
ISOforSchools may revise and update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any changes to the Policy will be effective upon posting the updated version on the Website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to ensure compliance.
